Got back earlier on from our day to Santa Pod Raceway. Our intentions were to arrive early, race Deac's Pulsar and then watch some of the other crazy shit that was going on after the racing on the strip finished. This plan kinda went to pot really. Bloody rain. Got to see a few cars racing and Deac got one run off the 1/4 mile getting around 14.5 seconds on his first run with a crappy start but then the rain came.... and then stopped. So they dried the track. But guess what? IT RAINED AGAIN. They waited again and then tried drying the track again. By this time we were getting a tad annoyed coz more poo black/brown/grey/ick coloured clouds were approaching and both Maffydoo and I had oobers on coz of the rain; mine was more coz i had totally soaked feel from wearing the only comfy shoes i own.In the end we left but still we had a cool day and managed to blag our way into the "priveledged parking spaces" though there was hardly anyone there coz of the terrible weather which did kinda suck a bit. Despite the rain and stuff it was a cool day. Sooo many lush cars around you dont know where to look. One thing i noticed though, was the increased number of Skylines in comparison to last year's Jap Show - there were loads! still, not complaining! My fave car had to be this beastie which is absolutely lush! (ok there was meant to be a piccie here but the picture thing isn't working so apologies until i fix it!)I dont even want to think about how much stuff i could have bought with the money spent on that car! I still think the electric pink girlie Accord of last year is the one that has ruled all in terms of styling and one day, it will be mine...oh yes, it will be mine. YEH RIGHT! :( give me a few years yet and maybe... I'm trying to add pictures now using this stupid picture adding in thing for Blogspot and it's not working so screw it. I'll add pictures on soon. Just imagine the little dudes are French. This may console some people, for others the pain is too strong...sniff! Sniff! Big brother is getting pretty nasty this year, particularly with their bedsit idea. Who better than to put in there than Emma-who-owns-no bra, and psycho man-possessive Michelle.
