Still haven't fallen off diet though i'm going to have to be a bit stricter with myself as I think I may get bored soon and start losing my footing on the ladder of diet and could well plummet back to evilness. I think that I can do it and as long as I tide over the chocolate craving with a cup of hot chocolate or couple of mini celebrations a day then I think it will be ok. lost another 3lbs in the last week so the total is up to 7lbs now - Hoorah!
